available, shipping fee's will be quoted prior to processing upon

Exchanges and Refunds
Requirements:
- purchased within 30 days of request
- original receipt
- not used or damaged
- original tags attached
- obtain numbered E/R Authorization Form at
susan@skylineequine.com
- complete E/R form and return for required
Authorization number
- E/R must be returned via "insured ground mail"
for full value of product(s)*
- E/R Authorization number must appear on
shipping container**
* We do not accept "COLLECT" shipments.
** Your shipment will be refused if the E/R
Authorization Number does not appear on the
outside of the shipping container.
Note: The E/R will be handled in the same
efficient manner as your purchase. In the event we have made an
error or the products is defective Skyline Equine will refund the
cost of shipping in full to you.
